Dear Rockefeller Community,
RIGS (Rockefeller International Group of Scholars) invites you to our fourth installment of The Sweet Exchange Dessert Lunch on Wednesday, October 8th from 12:30-1:30pm.
Meet us in the 2nd floor lobby of the River Campus building (accessible via Kravis or behind Founders Hall). Bring your own lunch and let’s celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival by sharing some delicious mooncakes- we will have a wide selection of traditional and modern flavors. The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional holiday centered around the full moon, celebrated across Asia. The festival honors the autumn harvest, a time for giving thanks and praying for good fortune.
We’re limiting the number of attendees to 15. Since this is sure to be a popular event, we ask you to register here only if you can stay the entire hour. You’ll receive an email confirming your attendance 2 days before the event.
This fun get-together is for everyone —staff, students, postdocs, faculty, lab managers, and admins. Come to mix, mingle, and eat!
Allergens (for dietary considerations): egg, wheat, nuts, milk, sesame.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Warmly,
Ana-Maria T.
