RIGS is pleased to invite you to our upcoming event “Tenement Museum Talk : What Does It Mean to Be an American?” -  the joint viewing of the virtual live streamof a conversation with the acclaimed writer Xochitl Gonzalez at the Tenement Museum.

Xochitl Gonzalez is the author of novels “Anita de Monte Laughs Last” and “Olga Dies Dreaming”, and a regular contributor to The Atlantic. During the conversation, she will discuss what the American Dream is and how recent economic and political shifts help to reframe our understanding of the American Dream and its accessibility.

The viewing will be accompanied by delicious food sponsored by RIGS.
